Made from the evidence in your set
The best reference is an original knife from the same service. It allows our makers to study its length, weight, handle profile, ornament, junction and blade. If no knife survives, a fork, spoon, serving piece, old photograph or reliable measurements can still help establish the family of the pattern.
We do not treat a replacement as an off-the-shelf substitute. The aim is visual continuity: a piece that belongs at the same table and respects the workmanship of the service it completes.
